Our Conference Suite is a multi-purpose room with the capacity for up to 100 people. It can also be split into two smaller rooms. We can equip it with all that is necessary to make your meeting a great success.
Room hire charge
Full Day: £ 300.00
Half Day: £ 175.00

These are our standard rates but we do offer discounted rates, which are available for members of WAGGGS.
The prices quoted do not include the evenings. If you would like to book the Conference Suite after 18.00 please ask about the rates when booking.
Equipment hire charges
We can offer you a wide range of equipment needed for your event.

Meals and Refreshments

Lunch

Lunch can be ordered in advance from a set menu. It costs £ 7.50 per person and is served at 13.00.
Dinner
Dinner can be ordered in advance. It costs £8.00 per person for a two course meal. Dinner is served at 18.00. In our Dining room we have maximum capacity of 65 people.
