Catering/Meals

The Centre has a dining room that can seat 65 people (in one sitting) and a professionally equipped kitchen, allowing us to offer guests high quailty meals. All groups staying with us can choose to have some or all of their catering provided by the Centre. We offer 3 meals a day: breakfast, lunch and dinner, and also an option to get packed lunchs.

We are able to cater for vegetarians and some food allergies. Please inform us of any dietary requirements for your group well in advance before you arrive so that our Catering Staff can plan accordingly.

Breakfast

Breakfast is available from 07.30 – 09.00 and is a continental style. Breakfast includes warm rolls, eggs, cereal, toast, yogurts and fruit. Tea and coffee is also available. Earlier breakfasts can be arranged, please contact the Pax Lodge Office. Breakfast is included in your room rate. 

Lunch

Lunch is the set meal of the day and is served at 13.00 and costs £7.00 per person. If you are interested in joining us for a warm lunch contact office@paxlodge.org for more information and bookings.

 

Packed lunches can be prepared for your group; a comprehensive range of fillings are available. Your sandwiches can be made on either sliced bread or baguettes. Packed lunches cost £5.00 or £5.25 respectively and included your sandwich, packet of crisps, packet of biscuits, boxed drink and a piece of fruit.

 

If we have packed lunch orders for large/multiple groups, groups may be asked to help with the preparation of the sandwiches.

Dinner

Dinner is a set two course meal for only £9.00 (£7.00 for children aged 11 and under) and is served at 18.00. We serve both a vegetarian (if booked in advance) and a meat or pasta option each day, with a selection of vegetables or salad, followed by a dessert.  A hot drink is included in the price of a meal.  Dinner should be ordered at least 24 hours in advance for groups; individuals are subject to availability. 

We are able to offer cream teas at the cost of £5.00 per person. These are available for groups in the afternoon between 14.30 and 15.30.

Drinks and Snacks

Hot drinks are always available in the dinning room, these included tea, coffee and hot chocolate at a small cost. We also have a selection of bakery items for sale. 
 

Our shop sells a selection of cold drinks, chocolate and snacks. It is open between 08.00 – 18.00 every day.  

Please inform us if any member of your group has any special dietary requirements: due to health, allergenic or religious reasons. These requirements will be catered for but we require any dietary information at least 48 hours before your stay. If your group does have any special dietary requirements please inform the Pax Lodge office as soon as conveniently possible.
