UK Trefoil Guild celebrate the Centenary

Today we welcomed over 100 UK Trefoil Guild members to Pax Lodge.
The ladies celebrated the Centenary with cream tea, international activities, a tour of Pax Lodge and a Global Action Themes presentation.
Janie Hampton, author of “How the Girl Guides won the war”, also shared some of her research on Guides in concentration camps, Poland and China, supporting refugee children in the UK and why Brownies collected wooden cotton reels.
Everyone enjoyed their time here – some for the first time – and we hope to see many of their smiling faces again soon.
