Our Conference Suite is a multi-purpose room with the capacity for up to 100 people. It can also be split into two smaller rooms. We can equip it with all that is necessary to make your meeting a great success.

These are our standard rates but we do offer discounted rates, which are available for members of WAGGGS.
Conference Suite facilities are available between
8:30-18:00 each day with evening hours by arrangement.
Break out rooms are available.
Equipment hire charges
We can offer you a wide range of equipment needed for your event:
- Projector Included in hire price
- Laptop Included in hire price
- Flipchart pad and pens £ 8.00
Photocopying and worldwide faxing facilities are also available.
Meals and refreshments
We offer a full catering service, which includes lunch, dinner and morning and afternoon tea. Meals and refreshments must be ordered prior to the event.
Morning and Afternoon TeaTea/Coffee and Cake £2.25 per person
Tea/Coffee and Biscuits £1.75 per person
A variety of lunch options are available from £8.50 per person.
Dinner is a two course meal served at 18:00. Our dining room has a maximum capacity of 60 people. Dinner costs £9.00 per person.
